Can i cut up veg ahead of time and keep in the fridge?

If you want to keep lettuce fresh, dry completely with paper towels, then wrap clean lettuce in more dry paper towels and put in a ziploc bag or tupperware making sure to remove as much air as possible. For veggies, same rules apply except for that you can cover them or wrap them in damp towels to keep them fresher and avoid drying them out. Hope this helps.
