What is a lotion brand that works longer for 3 hours?

So basically, I have to use this Differin gel for my acne, its the brutal kind (0.3% adapalene), and so it quickly dries out my skin. Also it makes my face hella susceptible for sun burns, so right now, my cheeks, nose and chin are all dry and burnt. I've gone through cetaphil, lancome, and an SPF 15 neutrogena moisturizing cream, and all work for the first few hours of the day (I put the lotion on at about 7:30) but I notice at school at about 11:00, my face dries back up again and flakes reappear. If ANYBODY has ANY suggestions for a lotion/ moisturizing cream that will work for the full day, in addition to offering sun protection, PLEASE TELL ME. im a very desperate teenager here.
