I know this is age old but...?

I just recently purchased the book "If I Did It"...The story that OJ Simpson told about "hypothetically" killing Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman..Im telling you, reading that book gave me chills as to his mindset..It was as if he was confessing because of the way he described the scene...it was as if he had to be there...what are your thoughts on this?
