So basically, I have to use this Differin gel for my acne, its the brutal kind (0.3% adapalene), and so it quickly dries out my skin. Also it makes my face hella susceptible for sun burns, so right now, my cheeks, nose and chin are all dry and burnt. I've gone through cetaphil, lancome, and an SPF 15 neutrogena moisturizing cream, and all work for the first few hours of the day (I put the lotion on at about 7:30) but I notice at school at about 11:00, my face dries back up again and flakes reappear. If ANYBODY has ANY suggestions for a lotion/ moisturizing cream that will work for the full day, in addition to offering sun protection, PLEASE TELL ME. im a very desperate teenager here.

It was suggested that I restart my computer turn off the restore system, update my antivirus system, and do a full scan. My parents hate animals, what do I do?

It sounds like you should wait until you are 18 and on your own then you can get your own pets and pay for their care yourself. If your parents think of animals as non-feeling and vicious.. than most likely they are not going to want to pay for their medical care (vaccines, neutering, and any illnesses or injuries they might suffer). It would be best to wait until you can take responsibility on your own as it does not sound like your parents would be willing to and any pet you bring home might suffer at their hands.

I don't really see a problem with an invitation, so long as it's not some kind of condemnation or it's not something company sponsored. I think it's possible you are being overly sensitive due to feeling lonely, as you described, during this time of year. If you have a good relationship with the folks in your office, host a small holiday get together that is festive and not religious. You might have fun and feel better.

Carry me to the bed give me full manicure and pedicure. Mage each hand for 10 minutes, paint my nails. While polish dries he will mage my back 30 minutes. Take slippers off rub feet 30-40 min, cotton between toes, then paint them.

Macs are the only computers legally allowed to run any operating system, and the Macbook is the fastest Vista PC. Haha. Macs are a bit more expensive, but have been tested to find out they last about 4-6x longer. You save in the long run. Mac > PC, Windows = Mac OS X. This isn't much of a question, is it?

If you want to keep lettuce fresh, dry completely with paper towels, then wrap clean lettuce in more dry paper towels and put in a ziploc bag or tupperware making sure to remove as much air as possible. For veggies, same rules apply except for that you can cover them or wrap them in damp towels to keep them fresher and avoid drying them out. Hope this helps.

People will get angry and drive recklessly always. There's no avoiding it, I know I get mad and will swerve around someone or something like that, but I won't follow people. I always keep an eye on the people behind me, if they make one too many turns and follow me for too long, I'll drive around a bit making turns and such to see if they keep following me...it may take more time out of your commute but I'd rather do that then have them find where I live. If they are following you, they'll realize you know they are and just leave, or if it's just coincidence they'll eventually make a different turn and such.

I've worked outdoors for years in Georgia and about a month ago, after a couple cups of coffee, i gradually became dizzy and this lasted for the next day or so. During that time i stayed indoors, in the dark mostly, drank lots of water, and by noon the next day the feeling went away. I should mention that i drink a good bit of beer daily (6 or more). A few days later on vacation, all the while drinking beer with my family, i decided to have some coffee one morning. And very quickly, this disoriented feeling came back and despite my efforts to rehydrate with water and gatorade i spend the next few days in a haze. I laid off the alchohol for a couple days. After i return to work i noticed these symptoms came on the strongest when i was in the sun for a certain amount of time. I go see the doctor and tell him all about the last several days, including the alchohol. He thought it was possible i was detoxing and suffering withdrawls and prescribed Paxil to deal with the anxiety of withdrawl. I've had bad experiences with that and wasn't and still not experiencing anxiety, so i didn't take it. Also, my blood pressure was a little high and this concerned him. I was hoping i was going to get something to make this woozyness and pressure in my face go away, but no luck. So my wife and i are looking for things to eliminate this feeling, anything from detox teas, multivitamins ( a lot minerals in the ones i take are said to attribute to high blood pressure reduction), relaxant teas, etc. There are certain vitamins and minerals such as niacin, potium, calcium, riboflavin, magnesium,B6 and B12 that all help reduce blood pressure. However, the daily value in most of these are at %100 or higher in the multivitamins i'm currently taking. I've read that to treat some cases of high blood pressure, these particular vitamins and minerals have to exceed levels that meet the daily value in order for it to be affective against it. And the times when i've experienced the strongest pressure behind my eyes and woozyness is after i've been in the heat for a certain amount of time. Also, when i get frustrated or stressed out and get myself worked up, this feeling comes on strong. My eyes get real sensitive to light. I'm currently not drinking coffee at all. I went a couple weeks without beer and noticed this feeling less and less during that time, but very slowly. I don't know if it's the sun or high blood pressure or both, and if it IS the sun and the heat, what do i do to alleviate these symptoms for good?

I treated my and my son's oral thrush with gentian violet. It worked first try, thank god. Before that though, I had tried a round of Nystatin for a month and it barely touched the thrush. Then I heard about gentian violet and it healed the thrush on both of us in one week. I couldn't stand the staining but I was real happy it went away in a week. Hi, I just want to know if I have a strange medical condition requiring treatment. I am a 34 Y/O asian woman who hasn't had any chronic conditions or ailments. I am by all appearances quite healthy and athletic,( I'm a goalie playing ice hockey). But I have the strangest dietary cravings. K so I am 16 and this last week I went on a FFA trip. There was this one guy who also went and he was 18 and I have met him once before and said hi like twice. So the first night of our trip we stayed at these cabins and I was helping my cousin out with some of her boy problems and when I got back there was only like there was only like two kids in the lodge so I stayed for a few minutes and talked to them and one of the freshman in my chapter came and told me they were going to start a movie in one of the cabins so I went. When I got there the two couches were both completely full and there were two beds. On one of the beds was the 18 year old guy I mentioned before and one the other there was another guy so at first I was just standing behind the couch and then the one guy grabbed me by my waist and told me to sit down. So I sat down and like ten minutes into the movie he started to mage my back and I thought it was a little weird but he stopped after a little bit and then like five minutes later he suddenly grabbed me and pulled me onto the bed and he snuggled up to me. There were like 13 other kids in the room and I didn't want to make a scene so I just tried to get farther away but every time I moved he would just pull me tighter and closer so I couldn't move. He walked me back to my cabin when I decided to leave and I said good night and practically ran to my door cause I thought he was going to try to kiss me. I don't live in Spain, but I can tell you right now that it isn't warm all year round. Spain isn't close enough to the equator for that. If you are from the US, it shouldn't be hard at all to get a resident's visa, which last for years at a time. Sometimes those carriers can't read good english and you have to make sure you put every part of the address because the system is a little different than the US where we just put the number and street, you have to put the street and the "soi" (like small streets that run off the main street) and the house number. If she lives in a housing development it helps to put the name of it down as well. Oh, I also write in big letters THAILAND to make sure lol. Atleast thats how I do it when I send mail to my mom.

Help! My songs got deleted of my ipod!?

I was trying to add a song onto my ipod but it kept saying there wasn't any room left, although my ipod fits 1,000 songs and I had 950 on my itunes library, and said do you want to not add checked off podcasts. So I said yes and then tried again. It then said there still was no room but it would create a special playlist with selected songs and so I clicked yes and noticed it didn't have all my songs on it so I stupidly deleted the playlist. Then a pop up showed saying it can no longer sync songs onto ipod because the playlist "Cindy's Ipod" got deleted. I turned on my ipod and ALL 950 songs on my ipod were deleted! But they are still on the itunes library. Please help!

I would say this sounds pretty normal. Last year when my mom was starting menopause, she would go a long time without having a period and then she would have heavy bleeding for a couple days. She said her doctor told her that it was pretty normal when you start to go through menopause because it takes your body some time to adjust fully. I realize one thing has always kept me trucking through life which is that I've always had an obsession. Up until recently, I've had no interests. A previous interests I've had, I've grown out of or simply have no use for them anymore. Now with no interests (not in any television, video games, materialistic things, music) I'm constantly bored. I mean, I look at what the majority does for fun on a Friday night; that is, going to a bar. Well I have no interests in drinking nor smoking and have never done that and look down on that. Trainers should definitely show their fighters tape of the way Ricardo Lopez boxed. He moved great - he never crossed his feet and controlled fights by making his opponent fight at a range that he was most comfortable with. He threw beautiful punches - and he made everything look extremely easy and natural. He also had speed and power that could put his guys away with any punch or series of punches. And he had a great killer instinct that he turned on when he sensed that his opponent was in trouble. I think that a lot of the credit should go to Nacho Beristain. He is a great trainer for technique and all around skills. Look at the fighters that he trains, they all have excellent form and exciting styles. He trained Lopez who is an exceptional fighter that was and is, unfortunately, underrated and unmentioned a lot of the time. He trains the Marquez brothers, Juan Manuel and Rafael, and they also have great technique, with Juan probably being the more talented. He has also trained the up-and-coming Abner Mares, who in my opinion, made great progress with Nacho. (To be fair, I still think that Mares is still improving, even though Nacho is no longer his trainer. I do however think that Nacho contributed a lot to Mares' knowledge of the sport.) Overall, I one-hundred percent agree that Ricardo Lopez had the most impressive technique that I have seen so far. He was a monster and I think that he should definitely get more attention than he does.

Okay today was a total disaster. My Heat lamp for my dragon fell inside his cage today while i was at school, right? IT CAUSED MAJOR SMOKE. and i found out from my sister whom was home and had no idea where the smoke was coming from so she left the house.. and whatever we threw away the lights and decided to get more tomorrow. I gave him a load of veggies/fruits this morning but no crickets today or yesterday because we had run out. So now its night and he hasnt been able to get his heat/uv light. So i decided to soak him in water, once i had soak him in water and taken him out he was very... FAT. like im talking a ball. i had never seen him like that. so i though hmmmm maybe its cause he didnt get sufficient light to digest his food? but im worried because maybe his lungs/eyes are irritated from the smoke. I need help with dealing with my roommate!?

So we have been in college for a while now, and my roommate is really really getting to me. We live in a suite-style dorm with 4 people in it (2 in one room and 2 in the other room). I really like the 2 other guys, we have similar interests, are clean, and normal. My roommate on the other hand is extremely out there. He came to college with like nothing, (this is an expensive school, no way he's too poor to bring things). He eats all of my food, even after I told him some things I like to have just for me (like my comb!) He is always in the room, he just goes to cl, the dining hall, and then back to the room. Its extremely irritating, he is constantly playing this video game with loud music where he like shoots spaceships or something. He smells and makes strange noises with his mouth. All I do is sleep in the room, i am never in there just because he annoys me so much. This is no way to live!!! Should I talk to our RA, I dont even know like what he could do! This kid is unbelievable, he takes gummy vitamins, roots through my things, comments on everything I do, or whenever I leave.....its just getting really irritating..he needs to grow up or get out!
