What is wrong with me?

I have been sick for a month and half. I got diagnosed with Bronchitis back before Thanksgiving. My doctor tried me on two antibiotics, neither worked. I do smoke, but find myself smoking less often. Spare me the lecture on smoking. I already plan on quitting. Anyways, so I am still sick, not as bad...but today my neck and head are killing me. What is wrong with me. I don't want to rush to go to the doctor until I have too. I have been to the doctors too much this past month!
