Where you scientists able to reproduce the Ozone shield around Earth?

Japan is bombarded with earthquakes and in many regions weather tend to go for extreme.We know we are loosing Ozone shield and that 2 is a cause for all the chaos in this world.I think you scientist people should take it to the next level and find a way to reproduce the Ozone shield for if you don t we are all going to Hell in 012...Have you made any progress?Thank you!
