How would u advise a fully handicapped person who wants to conet to friends with an im to down laod it?

she cant talk. can type with the aid of a moth stick. is also very much un abel to use a conventional mouses. do any ims interact with a virtual interface/ touch screen optopn?dose any one produce a mouse in keyboard option other than for laptops and notebook pcs? i belive she has a stanadard dektop set up .she would stil prefer to be abel to do this her self rather than ask a helper to ist , please and ty
