Its from the 80s or 90s, Kinda sounds like David Bowie. Goes something like "You've got a "something-something" and a "something" Smile. I think it says a Crocodile smile, or a Crooked smile, I could be totally off. Maybe is says "With a (something-something) and a (something) smile. Please help, been driving me nuts for over a year now.
