well keep your appointment, and just mention all the things you been feeling, they will most likely do a ultrasound and blood test, when i was bleeding i went to the ER and they did one there and there was a heartbeat, it is possible that it isnt a miscarriage, i know early on in pregnancies this happens to alot of woman. Just relax if it gets worse you should go to the ER, Good Luck at your appointment!
