How to ingest poppies and what kind to get seeds or pods?

i am new to poppy but not to opiates i googled poppies and got so many links i didn't know witch one was best. i am tryin to find some one who knows about theses plants. should i order pods or seeds and what is the best web site to order from cheapest and most for your money. witch ones are most powerfull and give u the best experience. what plant is the best i have hear that paperver somniferum is the best for this use but should i get seeds or pods and if seeds how many seeds does it take for some one who is not new to the opiate world. please give me a link to a good web site to buy from and tell me what kind and should i use seeds or pods and why. also i need to know the best way to prepare them in detail i would like to make it smokeable but tea is fine to. please help me with this
