I need help with dealing with my roommate!?

So we have been in college for a while now, and my roommate is really really getting to me. We live in a suite-style dorm with 4 people in it (2 in one room and 2 in the other room). I really like the 2 other guys, we have similar interests, are clean, and normal. My roommate on the other hand is extremely out there. He came to college with like nothing, (this is an expensive school, no way he's too poor to bring things). He eats all of my food, even after I told him some things I like to have just for me (like my comb!) He is always in the room, he just goes to cl, the dining hall, and then back to the room. Its extremely irritating, he is constantly playing this video game with loud music where he like shoots spaceships or something. He smells and makes strange noises with his mouth. All I do is sleep in the room, i am never in there just because he annoys me so much. This is no way to live!!! Should I talk to our RA, I dont even know like what he could do! This kid is unbelievable, he takes gummy vitamins, roots through my things, comments on everything I do, or whenever I leave.....its just getting really irritating..he needs to grow up or get out!
